We want all of our Lumberjacks and guests to have easy access to the internet. We normally recommend our Lumberjacks to connect the NAU WiFi with their NAU user ID and password also known as your CAS credentials. However in the event that the CAS login is unsuccessful, connecting to the Guest WiFi is the best way to remain connected as a user ID and password is not required. This connection only allows general internet access for web, HTTP, HTTPS, and NAU VPN. This is an open and non-encrypted network.

1. To connect to the network navigate to your device’s wireless setting and connect to the NAU Guest network.

2. You should be redirected to the NAU Wireless guest log-in page to register for a guest account.

3. An SMS message with a pin code will be sent to your phone number.

4. Please use the pin code and your registered email address to log in to the guest network. This pin will be active for 7 days and will allow you to connect up to 5 devices.

5. If you do not have a smartphone call the ITS service desk at 928–523–3335 to create a guest account.
